Melissa was amazing! Would give six stars if I could! My realtor gifted me 2 hours with Simple Spaces to help me get settled in my new home. They impressed me so much that I had them return—twice! Simple Spaces is simply fantastic. Melissa helped to stage one of our listings. The average days on market were 75 and the house sold in 6! I called Melissa to come to my listing that was partially moved out. She quickly fit me into her schedule for a consultation. Melissa went with me to each room and told me things I could do to enhance the space. She later emailed a detailed report explaining everything we went over. Melissa's staging advice really helped with the pictures and made the home more appealing! I definitely recommend Melissa's services and will be using her for future listings.

I use Melissa whenever I have a seller occupying a home. It gives the seller a detailed check list to stay on track for staging. Melissa is fabulous and an asset to prepping my listings to go on the market. She is wonderful with helping sellers prepare for showings and giving them tips to get out the door quickly with kids and pets. I will not list a home without her touch!

Melissa came by our house for a consultation and was amazing. She had wonderful ideas and tips on how to make the space look perfect and give me confidence before photos. She was able to type up and email me all of the notes from our appointment within a couple of hours. She was so kind and open to answering any questions and helping to make my own ideas even better as well!

Melissa is amazing! She brought order out of chaos and managed to help us declutter in 3 days what would have taken at least 3 months on our own. She is extremely hardworking, and also was very sensitive to working at a pace that we could manage.
