With over 13 years of experience in professional organizing, interior styling, and home staging, I help homeowners and realtors transform cluttered spaces into organized, beautiful environments that foster clarity, peace, and productivity. I’m a proud mother of three teenage boys, and I understand firsthand how chaos and disorganization can disrupt daily life.

My passion lies in helping others move from a place of overwhelm to a place where they can truly thrive. With a keen eye for design and a background in mental health (East Carolina University), I offer customized solutions for home organization, design, and staging that reflect my clients’ unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re preparing a home for sale or simply seeking a fresh, functional space to enjoy, I’m here to help you achieve the balance and beauty that makes a house feel like home. In addition to my professional expertise, I bring the wisdom of 23 years of marriage and raising children to every project, making me a trusted partner in your journey toward a more organized, styled, and thriving home.

Fun Facts: Melissa thrives on adventure with her family, and enjoys activities like running, open water swimming, weightlifting, and spending quality time with friends. She’s also an emerging writer and captivating speaker, passionate about inspiring others through her words.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa is a dedicated athlete who has competed in numerous marathons and triathlons, including two full Ironman races. She runs every day, and her streak is officially recognized by Streak Runners International, Inc. Melissa is now in her fourth year of running at least one mile each day.

Gayle Allen is a dynamic, award-winning creative television executive who transitioned from a career in media to become a highly sought-after professional organizer. After a successful tenure at the Design Network, where she developed shows focused on organization and design, Gayle reinvented herself in the world of home organization.

With a passion for transforming spaces into places of joy and peace, Gayle has spent the last five years helping clients streamline their homes and lives. She is particularly skilled in tackling cluttered areas like pantries, closets, garages, and even refrigerators, offering effective solutions that are easy to maintain. Her experience with 18 moves between New York, LA, and beyond has made her an expert in organizing, unpacking, and purging, and she’s known for providing practical, little-known moving tips that can make the process smoother and less stressful.

Gayle’s approach to organizing is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. She is committed to providing clients with a personalized and stress-free experience, ensuring that their organizational goals are met with attention to detail and care.

With lights, camera, and action in her DNA, Gayle’s world is one of excitement and insider connections.

Anne-Cecile Ferigo

Anne-Cecile Ferigo

Anne-Cecile is a mother of five, including twins, and a skilled multitasker. Raised in Switzerland, she learned the value of order, cleanliness, and perfection—qualities that serve her well in her work, even when daily life presents its challenges. She holds a Master’s in Sciences of Education from Geneva University and led a program for youth and unemployed individuals before moving to Charlotte, NC, with her husband to attend a ministry school. The couple later managed a retreat center in the mountains, where they were responsible for cleaning, cooking, and hosting retreats.

After relocating to Wilmington, NC, Anne-Cecile began homeschooling her two children. She has since launched her two oldest, and currently lives in Wilmington with her husband and three teenage children. She’s passionate about using her organizational and household management skills to help others, finding great satisfaction in seeing the relief of clients when their space is transformed.

Fun Facts: Anne-Cecile is fluent in four languages, with French being her first. Before becoming a mother, she and her husband embarked on a backpacking adventure across Asia. Snowboarding is one of her favorite hobbies whenever she can escape to the mountains. In her downtime, Anne-Cecile enjoys a variety of creative outlets, from strolling along the beach and playing the recorder to painting, drawing, and tending to her garden. Caring for her plants allows her to connect with nature and unwind, blending creativity with relaxation.
